Can I combine different types of photography?
Yes. Choose drone, interior, exterior and surrounding-area coverage to suit your listing. Adding photography types can unlock our bundle-and-save discount, with up to 20% off photography. Tell us which spaces and features matter so we can confirm the scope before the shoot.
When will I receive the photos and video?
Photos are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot. Video timing is confirmed with your project scope and depends on the footage and editing required.
Can you photograph occupied offices or multi-family properties?
Yes. Coordinate access with your tenants or property contact before the shoot and tell us about any restricted areas. For multi-family listings, identify representative suites, common areas and amenities you want covered. Flag confidential material or personal items that should stay out of frame.
What should I send for a listing video?
Start with your property brochure or a short list of key features, plus your logo and brand guidelines. Share a storyboard if you have one, and tell us where the finished video will be used. We will confirm footage, graphics, maps and timing with you.
How do I get an estimate?
Open the commercial booking form, enter your details and choose your coverage to see an indicative estimate. Video is priced as footage capture plus editing. Viewing an estimate does not book a shoot; you review and submit the request when you are ready.
