FAQ
Common questions
How long does it take to receive my photos and video?
Photos are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot. Standard residential video is delivered within two business days after the shoot; Premium video can take up to three business days.
Are the photos sized for MLS?
Yes. Every package includes MLS-ready sizing along with full-resolution files for print and web use.
What happens if the weather is bad on shoot day?
We aim to shoot on a clear day whenever we can, so every listing has the same bright, consistent look. If scheduling is tight and a cloudy day is the only option, that's not a problem: we relight and brighten the sky in editing so the photos still look bright and consistent.
Do you need access to the property?
Yes, we'll need access at the scheduled shoot time. If a lockbox will be used or someone else is meeting us on-site, just let us know when you book.
Can I use the photos and video anywhere I want?
The licence belongs to your brokerage. Colleagues within the same company can reuse the media for that property or other properties for that client. Photos cannot be distributed to third parties; they need a separate licence from SkyScope.
